Once logged into the CenterCard mobile app, you may add receipts to any expense by photos in your receipt bin (from camera or photo library) or pdf. Following are the steps for iOS and Android.
Receipt/Photo from Email
1. Any receipt/photo can be emailed, as an attachment, to expenses@getcenter.com from the email address associated with your CenterCard account.
2. These receipts/photos will be deposited into your CenterCard account receipt bin (available on web and mobile).
3. If the app recognizes the expense associated with the receipt, the emailed receipt will be automatically attached to the correct expense.
Photo from Camera
1. To view expenses, tap on the Expenses icon in the lower section of the mobile app.
2. Select the unsubmitted expense that you would like to attach a receipt to.
3. Click on Add Receipt at the top of the screen, and you can select from your bin or add from your photo library.
- Alternatively, you can choose Take Photo from menu (or using the camera icon on the lower right of the screen).
4. Once photo is taken from the camera, it will be added to the expense.
Photo from Photo Library
1. To view expenses, tap on the Expenses icon in the lower section of the mobile app.
2. Select an unsubmitted expenses that you would like to attach a receipt to.
3. Tap on the Receipt icon at the top of the expense details.
4. Choose 'Photo Library' from menu.
5. Select desired receipt and it will be added.
PDF from email
1. To view expenses, tap on the Expenses icon in the lower section of the mobile app.
2. Select an unsubmitted expenses that you would like to attach a receipt to.
3. Tap on the Receipt icon at the top of the expense details.
4. Navigate to your email app, select and open the PDF invoice / receipt.
5. Tap on the Share button in the upper right screen which will bring up the Share sheet.
3. Select Copy in the lower left screen.
4. Navigate back to the expense and tap Attach PDF in the Add Receipt menu.
5. Tap Attach File and the PDF receipt will be added to your expense.
