If you do not have a sufficient available monthly balance on your corporate card it may cause a transaction to be declined. Open your CenterCard app and select the 'Expenses' icon in the lower left screen to view your available balance displayed at the top of the page.
If you do have a sufficient available balance for the purchase, please call customer support at 1-870-455-8522 to report a failed point-of-sale (POS) transaction.
