Once logged into the CenterCard mobile app, you may view and submit expenses for transactions that are settled.
1. To view expenses, tap on the Expenses icon in the lower section of the mobile app. You will see a tab to select Unsubmitted expenses.
2. To Submit an Expense, select an Unsubmitted Expense (example: Wikipedia Gift below)
3. Confirm and/or edit the pre-populated fields and complete the required fields. You can also attach a receipt from this view, selecting from your receipt bin. Receipts will also be automatically matched to expenses, so there might already be an attached receipt on the expenses.
4. Tap the "Submit Expense" button. A confirmation notification will appear in the upper screen.
5. The submitted expense will move to either "In Review" or "Reviewed" status depending on your organization's pre-approval rules.
