You can report your card damaged in the app.
Using the mobile app, navigate to the 'CenterCard' tab using the icons at the bottom of the app. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select "Replace lost or stolen card."
Verify your address and select the reason for replacing your card (reporting as damaged will leave the current card open for use until you receive, and activate, your new card):
Once you have selected "Order new card," a screen will confirm your card order. Once back to Card Management, you will see the status of your new card along with a prompt at the top to activate your new card once you receive it:
Back in the "Expenses" tab, you will also see confirmation of your new order and your current card will remain open until you receive, and activate, your new card:
If you do not have access to the mobile app, please call customer service promptly at 1.870.455.8522 to report a damaged card. We’ll issue a replacement shipped direct to your employer. Fees may apply.
